Johnny is a commercial litigator who specializes in resolving business disputes on behalf of his clients. In the course of his career, Johnny has litigated all manner of business disputes, including actions involving complex financial instruments, wire and bank fraud, employment contracts for high-ranking employees, mass-manufactured consumer products, and class actions. His clients have included international banks, large multinational manufacturers, hedge funds, private equity funds, investment funds, tech companies, and high-net-worth individuals. To provide the most effective representation, Johnny works closely with each of his clients to develop an individualized litigation strategy that uniquely reflects their business interests and litigation goals. Johnny received his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was both a James Kent Scholar and a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, and his undergraduate degrees from Yale, where he double-majored in Computer Science and Political Science. He is admitted to practice in California and New York.
